Ignition Coils

Ignition Coils – Strong Spark, Smooth Power, Reliable Starts

Ignition coils convert battery voltage into the high-energy spark your engine needs for complete combustion. When coils start to fail, drivers experience misfires, rough idling, loss of power, and higher fuel consumption — often with a flashing check-engine light warning you too late.

Our ignition coils are engineered to OEM specifications for consistent output and durability. Designed for South African conditions, they maintain stable spark delivery even in high heat and heavy traffic. Upgrade once, and restore the power your engine was built to deliver.

Why Choose Our Ignition Coils

  • OEM-Spec Output – Consistent high voltage for clean combustion
  • Smooth Performance – Reduces misfires, hesitation and loss of power
  • Heat-Resistant Build – Designed for SA heat and urban traffic conditions
  • Direct Plug Fit – No modification needed for installation
  • Trusted Since 2011 – Fast nationwide delivery and workshop-approved reliability

Don’t wait for a misfire to cost you more — upgrade to OEM-grade ignition coils that keep your engine running strong and efficient.

Safe Installation Tips

• Always disconnect the battery before unplugging ignition coils. Avoid pulling on the wiring harness — release the connectors gently.

• Replace spark plugs together with coils. Worn plugs overheat new coils and shorten their lifespan.

• Apply a small amount of dielectric grease inside each boot to prevent moisture and improve electrical contact.

• Torque to the correct manufacturer specification — overtightening can crack housings and cause poor grounding.

• After installation, clear error codes and perform a road test. Persistent misfires? Check injector flow, compression, and plug gaps.

Recommended Together:
Ignition coil replacements are often accompanied by purchases of new spark plugs and ignition leads to ensure full performance and prevent premature failure. This is called an Ignition Service.
