Critical Fitment Notes (Protect Your Warranty)

1. Prime with clean oil before first start. Do not dry-spin the turbo.
2. Replace oil & filter and flush lines. Inspect/replace oil feed and return lines for coking or kinks.
3. Check air path: new air filter, no intake leaks, no debris in intercooler or piping.
4. Coolant health: correct mix, bleed air; overheating kills CHRA bearings.
5. Diagnose root cause of the old turbo failure (oil pressure, boost leaks, overfuelling, DPF back-pressure) before road testing.
