  • Bleed and prime the hydraulic system correctly.
  • Clean all mating surfaces; do not touch clutch friction material
  • Torque all bolts to the manufacturer's specification. Use a torque wrench.

Do I really need to replace the CSC with every clutch kit?
Yes. Failing to replace the CSC can cause sudden hydraulic failure and necessitate the removal of the gearbox again.

Absolutely. A weak DMF can destroy a new clutch within weeks. Always inspect or replace the flywheel.

What causes clutch shudder or vibration?
Typically, it is usually due to flywheel wear, oil contamination, collapsed mountings or incorrect installation.
