Installation best practice

• Replace oil feed and return lines. Do not reuse sludge coated pipes or old seals
• Flush lubrication system. New filter and manufacturer approved turbo rated oil
• Flush cooling system. Radiator, heater circuit, thermostat or housing. Bleed correctly
• Inspect intake and intercooler. Clear debris and oil, verify pressure integrity
• Prime the turbo with clean oil and crank to build pressure before first fire
• Initial run in. Idle, check pressure and leaks. Avoid load for the first 100 km
• No hot shutdowns. Idle briefly before switching off to prevent heat soak

Replace if you notice

• Whine or siren noise, slow spool, or low boost faults
